Sorry, we do not actually do DPF DELETE's but we do have a solution...

We are CONFIDENT we can save you UNSCHEDULED DOWNTIME!   (90% of the time by simply REPROGRAMMING the Engine ECU)

One of the biggest complaints we hear from our customers is “the DPF requests a REGEN at the most inopportune time”, or “The truck will NOT allow me to run a REGEN until the REGEN REQUEST LIGHT appears”. We have spent years working with our customers, better understanding their service and maintenance needs. We have found one common denominator – NO TWO CUSTOMERS ARE THE SAME! We rarely find any two customers that operate, maintain, and service their trucks the same. From refuse trucks, to tow trucks, to long haul trucks, (and even off-road equipment), there are a tremendous number of uses.

The good news is that at Emissions Services Unlimited, we have a few key solutions to DPF REGEN problems! We have the programming and engineering ability to reprogram your engine’s ECU, so the DPF will function better, based upon the way you drive the truck! There are numerous DPF software parameters that can be changed to save you thousands in unscheduled (and scheduled) downtime. By simply calibrating the DPF, and/or the Engine to match the daily conditions of the truck. Here is a VERY basic example; for many of our tow truck customers, the truck is parked at a crash site for up to 2 hours  loading the car onto the bed (or pulling the car out of a ditch, etc). The entire time this occurs, the PTO is running, which LOCKS the DPF from running a REGEN. We have the ability to program the ECU so that REGEN can be started manually, after the PTO is turned on. Therefore, the REGEN can run for 45 minutes, while the truck operator is loading the car. As an addition to that, we have the ability to program the ECU so that the REGEN can be run ANYTIME, so there is no need to wait for a REGEN request. The truck operator can simply wait until he knows the truck will be running the PTO for 1-2 hours, and initiate the DPF REGEN at that time.

Another solution ESU can offer, is an “add on” Engine Display (many displays shown above). ESU offers several displays that have the ability for view Engine/DPF data, view active/inactive faults, CLEAR faults, initiate Stationary REGENs, and many more features. Displays can be installed for as little as $1,000 (parts and labor). These displays are great tools for truck operators to bring their truck out of speed de-rate, by clearing present faults. They are also great tools for more experienced operators to monitor DPF sensors, to get a better sense of how their DPF operates; and can even give predictive info about how long the DPF will go before needing cleaning.

ESU has spent thousands and thousands of hours working with our customers to help make DPF Maintenance and Operation as stress free as possible. Let us share our knowledge with you, to success in operating your truck. While there will always be some DPF Maintenance to be done, we can ensure that your DPF Maintenance is at is absolute minimum. (Please keep in mind that we also apply the same logic to reduction in SCR (DEF) Maintenance as well).

If COST is your biggest concern, the Murphy PV-101 is a great choice!

The PV-101 is one of the most inexpensive, yet functionally proficient Data/Fault Displays available! This display features a "4-Up-Display" where the truck operator can view (4) Sensors on (1) Screen. For example, the truck driver could monitor the DPF Temp Sensor 1, 2, 3 and the Exhaust Pressure at the same time. This Display can also RUN STATIONARY REGENS!

ESU is LICENSED with nearly ALL OEM DIESEL Engine Diagnostic Software!

While ESU can install "ADD ON" Fault/Data Displays, 90% of the time, ESU Technicians can re-Program the Engine and DPF CONTROL MODULE UNITS (ECUs) to adjust the DPF Settings in a way that the truck undergoes substantially less downtime due to the DPF. There a literally dozens of calibration updates that can be made to alter the way the DPF and Engine function together. There are also ways that ESU Technicians can change the DPF REGEN to run ON-DEMAND or ON-REQUEST. Basically this means we have the ability to adjust the DPF so that the Stationary REGEN can run at any time, or we can adjust the DPF so that the Stationary REGEN will ONLY run when the Engine makes a Request for the REGEN to run. In addition, there are many other changes we can make to keep your truck running longer without DPF problems, and ultimately with much less downtime!

ESU also installs simpler FAULT DIAGNOSTIC ONLY DISPLAYS

These simple ACTIVE and INACTIVE FAULT DISPLAYS are nice, especially for older trucks that DO NOT have Fault Displays on the dashboard of the truck. Many times older trucks have engine problems that may not be repaired for many months, and these fault displays allow the Truck Operator to ensure that NO new faults have occurred.
