DIESEL FUEL INJECTORS.
One of the most important engine items that can help keep your DPF running well, are the Fuel Injectors, or Fuel Nozzles. At ESU we can remove and test nearly all nozzles and injectors. If your truck has over 200,000 miles, we strongly recommend having your injectors tested. As you can see with the video on the right, (2) of the (5) nozzles are not flowing as freely as the other (3). This could lead to an out of tune engine, and plug your DPF much sooner.
DPF CLEANING
ESU is the only company that "double bakes" DPF cores free of charge when required. We would never install a DPF core if it wasn't 100% clean. We would never charge based upon cleaning level (i.e. Level 1, 2, or 3). A clean DPF core should be the only core an emissions service provider provides, at one standard cost.
